THANKSGIVING WEEKEND
This Sunday we took a break from our regular lesson plan to celebrate Thanksgiving! As a group, the children in Sunday School made feather turkeys and Jesus Loves Me key chains. We enjoyed muffins and mandarin oranges while watching VeggieTales' Dave & the Giant Pickle. The younger children also had fun checking out our recently added set of CAT Construction Mega-Blocks in the Preschool / Kindergarten room.
If you missed class this Sunday and wish to make your own feather turkey, let us know at the next class, as we have a few extra supplies left! New children are always welcome :)
Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods. ~Psalm 95: 2-3
