VOTER`S MEETING

VOTER`S MEETING:

The next Mount Olive Voter`s Meeting will take place on Sunday, November 22 at 2 pm. This will be a combined meeting of the annual general meeting AGM), postponed from earlier this year, and the meeting to review and approve the 2021 budget. Attendance at the meeting will be by pre-registration only by calling the church office. Depending on how many attend, the meeting will be held in either the Fellowship Centre or the Sanctuary. Please note that all COVID protocols currently in place will apply including hand sanitizer and social distancing. We encourage all attendees to wear a mask. The 2019 annual report and the 2021 proposed budget will be placed in member`s mailboxes.
